I'm pretty sure you can pay to park and leave your camper here. I do know you can stay for the 2 to 4 months in the first part of your inquiry. I'm a long-term renter. I live here...but I am new as I've only been here for about a month. It is a quiet place. Those of us who are long-term keep an eye out for everyone here. We don't want our things messed with either. In the long run, it benefits temporary and weekend campers. If that doesn't ease the mind, the owners are here in the park practically all day and treat you like family. Not to mention the many surveillance cameras covering all areas. It's worth a call to Allen, Annette, or their son Brayden to ask about the "storage" part of your question. 😁♥️

You pay by the day. And you can leave your belongings at your site as long as your paid up. I paid when I first got there for the weekend. And went out both days hiking and tubing all day. Yes custom van will be okay.
