Mary and Tyler were very helpful in allowing us to make adjustments leading up to our wedding. I would say we got great service for the value of the price we paid in renting the venue and DJ. There did seem to be some slight miscommunication with the DJ, but other than that - everything went smoothly! I really appreciate the staff and Tyler for helping on the day of to make sure that the day was 100x easier on me. I would recommend this venue to those having a small wedding of up to 100-150 people. The only improvement I can think of would be to make both the ceremony area and pavillion more handicap accessible and to add a timeline for the DJ.

Absolutely beautiful place to get married!! The all inclusive packages make it so easy and stress free to plan a wedding. The owners are very knowledgeable and so easy to work with!! You definitely will not be disappointed with this venue, the owners, or staff.

Beware: everything at this venue is not as it initially seems. My husband and I went to tour the venue back in June and were sold on the first day. We met with Tyler, which is apparently the owner, and that was the very last we heard from him. It wouldn't have been an issue if there was better communication; however, it felt like we were simply passed from person to person. I didn't even realize who Donna was until Mary (which is Tyler's wife) passed us onto her. We were told things by the initial person we met with, which proved to be untrue. Don't get me wrong, this is an absolutely gorgeous place to get married; however, the staff is not necessarily up to par with the price you pay in my opinion. I definitely wouldn't change anything about our wedding, but the staff at the venue who were supposed to make things easier just ended up causing more stress on top of the stress we were already feeling with the wedding. On top of it all, the staff were not involved with our rehearsal, so on the day of the wedding one of the staff members (the coordinator that was filling in because our original coordinator needed to be off that night) was trying to send our bridal party down at the incorrect time. If they had of been present and involved a mistake like that would not have occurred. Also, if you do not purchase one of the packages they offer at the venue, then you might as well not have your wedding there. My husband and I decided to purchase the venue only and as a result were left to fend for ourselves, which we were initially assured would definitely NOT happen. It was difficult for us to make appointments with Donna and it felt as though we came last. In business, I have always been under the impression that the customer always comes first, and being a soon-to-be bride I definitely expected to come first, but that was not the case. Our wedding ended up being beautiful and all that I had ever dreamed of, but I wish we had knew some of the stuff we know now about the wedding venue prior to booking. Kristy or Kristine was a wonderful help and made our wedding day that much more special, which we were thankful for.

Very nice and elegant place. I have lived in Stokes County just about my whole life and never knew this pretty place existed

How much does it cost to do an event there

They have different packages, to rent the place for an event is around $2,000. Wedding packages start around $10,000 and include almost everything you would need (photographer, rentals, caterer, etc.)
