This is my favorite place in Fort Collins, hands down. Not only is the staff hardworking, attentive, and friendly, but the environment is classy, welcoming, and versatile - great for either a romantic night out with a sweetheart or a laid-back chat with a friend. The food is on-point every time I go. My go-to’s are the oysters, seasonal seafood dishes, and a craft cocktail. Or for brunch, their lemon mascarpone French toast. You can tell there’s a great deal of care put into each dish as they’re always fresh + bursting with flavor and spice complexity. Bravo, Regional crew. You have my heart.

I had a top-notch dinner here. The bartender was great and made me both a Manhattan and an old fashioned that I really enjoyed. I started with a half dozen oysters on the half shell. I was told that they were "Delaware" oysters; it wasn't clear if that was the variety or the origin. They were mild and sweet, not briny at all. A few drops of lemon juice was all that they could stand up to and I enjoyed them that way. The shucking was slightly less than expert. Some oysters were a bit mangled and I encountered more than one bit of shell. I had the Boston Bibb salad. The greens were great. The dressing was superb, with a balance of lemon and a slight bit of honey. This paired well with the lightly pickled shallots and pecorino Romano cheese. The toasted almonds sent it to another dimension. Lastly, I had the lamb Marguez meatballs. They were served in a red pepper and tomato sauce that was heavenly. The cheese, fried herbs, spices, and aioli were the frosting on top. The flavors were amazing! My only ding was that the meatballs were firm, instead of tender. It didn't take much away from the dish, though. It appears that Fort Collins has a lot of choices for food, but I am very glad I chose The Regional!

Skip the line at Snooze and walk around the corner to The Regional instead for an incredible weekend brunch. Biscuits and gravy were delicious and I can’t stop thinking about their breakfast potatoes, so good! French toast was also on point. Good sized portions, good service, great atmosphere. And the new owner seemed like a really nice guy. We are already looking forward to coming back to try their dinner menu!

We met an old friend here and were excited for the visit and to try the enticing menu. We have 2 small dogs and noticed a review online that said they were dog friendly. We arrived and were sitting out in the further patio in front of the parking area. We had a great server who made small talk about his own dog. He made good suggestions and even brought water for the dogs. We ordered our entrees and another round of drinks when another server showed up to seat a couple next to us. The tables are spaced several feet away and when one of our dogs approached them, that server scolded us and told us we really aren't supposed to have dogs on the patio. The other guest said she didn't mind and felt bad he had said something. I felt bad that we were breaking some rule and just wanted to finish eating and leave. It messed with our dinner experience. The ginger carrot soup and the potato casserole appetizers were excellent. And I enjoyed my salmon entree. Food is good - just don't bring your dog to this place.
