Let me start with saying we love the melting pot, and have been going for years. Last time we went it was not that busy when we came, but seemed like we were forgotten about. We sat for 5-10 min after we completed each course, the last time we went we felt pushed to get done faster, just let your patrons enjoy themselves but be on top of things. We were easy going though and had no where to go, although it parking time ran out. We were charged for two drinks when we ordered one drink. The drinks are very watered down, not sure you are getting any alcohol, I wouldn't even bother with the cocktails. We did not appreciate the fund raising pitch in the middle of our meal. Leave the info for people to read over if they choose and realize they are there to get away and enjoy themselves. They resigned the restaurant, and have a open wall/wine holder which allows your neighbors conversation to distract. It's not as cozy as it use to be. It was still great food.

I first visited The Melting Pot Fort Collins on a beautiful date, I loved the ambience of the restaurant. Our server was so helpful, courteous, personable and very knowledge of the menu which helped me being a first timer at the restaurant. The food was so delicious and the all around experience was extremely enjoyable and I can't wait to go back!
