This place holds more packages than it ships. FedEx really needs to address the lack of resources. Your options are wait 2 weeks for them to process your items or drive to BFE Greeley to pick it up. I’ve started choosing USPS or UPS over FedEx at every opportunity specifically to avoid dealing with this location.

I get medicine for son it's always shipped overnight and its to be refrigerated upon arrival. I now have had this experience twice of it being delayed. I have been understanding the first time and was lucky it was still usable, but this time it has been over 48 hours and I have called the company and already complained that something needs to be handled better specially when it comes to medication. This time isn't going to be as lucky as the first time so now $$$$ has just been washed down the drain.when I talked to someone about it, it wasn't bad customer service but it wasn't a understanding I'll get something taken care of, how serious this situation really is on top of that one it's someone's medical health and it's not hundreds of dollars it's thousands of dollars that just got waisrwd because of someone's carelessness. I mean it says it all over the box 🤦🤷

I have never received a package on the day that it was initially scheduled. Most of my packages require a signature so it's very hard to coordinate with them to receive my package. There has been many times I've had to go search for the package that was delivered at my home.

Wow, tracking said in Greeley still and to be delivered by 8pm. At 10am left a notice on my door. Doubt the driver ever rang my bell because my dogs alert to that. Customer service was hesitant on having the driver leave the package at a Loveland location for me to pick up. Now i have to drive to Greeley to pick it up at rush hour, not very customer centric.
