What do you get for $500 a month lot fee? Well water? Does that require an iron filter as well as a sediment filter with a water softener system? Cable TV or satellite available? What choices for internet?

There is a community well that you will receive quality reports for regularly. It is not necessary to have a filter, but you may choose what is best for you. I personally had spectrum while in the park though there may be other providers.

How much do rentals cost. I know if 2 young lady's looking for a home. One has 3 children & the other has 4. They both have a good job.
