My family had a great experience with New Wave. Our original plans fell through on our visit and New Wave took care of us! They showed up right on time and provided a excellent guide experience. We did the "float" since we have young kids, and they had a blast paddling and swimming in the river. This crew really saved the day for us an gave us a great time!

These guys are the best.!! Ben and Danny knew exactly how to make our adventures through the gorge and the Racecourse ones to remember. Danny even handled my special needs son with extra care and showed him that even though his movement may be limited, his adventures don't have to be.. :) We'll be back for sure and I couldn't recommend New Wave Rafting enough. What a wonderful experience! We purchased the Rio Grande Gorge full day trip. Our guide Sally was amazing. She really made us feel comfortable and safe while floating down the river. Lunch was simple, but did the job. Rapids were just enough to be exciting, older kids 7+ should be fine. Wet suits and rain jacket were provided as options, expect to get wet.
