Yes the "U Pull" portion has been down for weeks now.

Clean, possibly sand the glide part of the hinge. Possibly a rust dissolver, avoid any greas or silicone if you plan on painting part. You don't need to replace both unless they look different from each other. (Besides color)

this is a self pull yard they do not keep an inventory of parts for older vehicles you will have to go into the yard and look for the part yourself

Yes there's plenty unless you're looking for a car that is rare and specific. Then there's always the resell folks that go to all yards and pull those. Check the website they recreated recently for inventory. Not all the cars are on that I believe due to its being relaunched.
