Talk to Clerk in office. U will hv to schedule a date of appearance. Pay a fine or walk in to court n turn yourself in. Unless its a serious crime they are not housing anyone right now

There is no parking structure. There used to be one for the district Court, but it was condemned and torn down. There is a paid parking lot for the circuit court on Beech Street, but it was closed when I was there for court last week. Otherwise, you mostly have to park on the street and pay the meters (which only accept credit cards and not coins).

If someone was arrested on August 30 at night for a DUI will they release said person on a Saturday August 31 a holiday weekend. Or would they stay in jail until after the Labor Day holiday.

If they are being charged and have to see a judge then they won't be released until after the holiday weekend. If they are only in there until they blow a o.oo then they will be released in about 8 to 9 hours or how ever long it takes them to sober up.
