Smelled like cigarettes even being a nonsmoking room. The room wasn't dirty .....until you started looking. Found a discarded cigarette butt under the seat of the chair.

Checked in after a long day at Ren Fest and the desk agent was super friendly and made us feel very welcome and appreciated. Upon getting checked into our room, we thought that the A/C was not working and went down to tell her. She immediately came up and made sure everything was working fine, asked us if there was anything else we needed and traded a few laughs with us. I've stayed at higher end hotels with much less inviting staff. We will likely be back again for Ren Fest next year.

Thia is the worst hotel ever. And i stay in alot working out of town. Ive been here since monday. Never cleaned never changes the towels.

When I 1st walked into the room it had a dirty musty smell. So I went back to the front desk and asked if they had any more rooms because of the smell. The staff was very friendly but she said they had no more and gave me a bottle of air freshener. Well as I begin to look around I noticed that the bed was dirty, The Lennon nor the bed spread had been changed. The pillow cases were wrinkled, Would you let me know they had not been changed either. This was late at night so I had to take my take my young child that was with me and go find another hotel. I ask if They would refund my money they said yes in 2 to 3 days. I left furious and let them know that I would be contacting their corporate office. Do yourself a favor don't waste your time.
