We got fussed at because they had to replace food my wife told the Man on the intercom it was a remake I had called and spoke with Melissa and she said they would replace the Hot dogs that were just barley warm and the buns were dry when we drove through the drive thru my wife Carolyn told the man to add a grilled Cheese to that order and she would pay for it and her brother was with us so he also ordered a grilled cheese she told him the Hot dogs was a remake and quote he said a remake ok so the girl at the drive thru window tried to charge us for the Hot dogs and grilled cheese and wanted another $9.00 for my Brother inlaws grilled cheese my wife tried to tell her about the remake on the Hot dogs and that she was over charging us and she went off and jerked all over and went Bach through the back swinging her arms and pointing at the manager and the manager came to the window and argued with us like it was our fault. and after about 10 minutes or more she finally gave us back part of our money and the girl that waited on us stood back there talking about us like we did something wrong when the problem was the Hot dogs was not hot to begin with but they acted as if it was our fault just remember we are not the ones doing the cooking.

This place had been so important to my husband and myself during the pandemic. It was such a special treat for us to get out of the house, interact with the friendly staff and of course have delicious ice cream. The staff is truly spectacular and handle themselves so well even with a drive thru line that stretches far down the road.

Went there for ice cream ordered a soft cone and Peanut Buster Parfait. They were very good. Only complaint is that we were the only ones in there when we ordered. Soft cone was served immediately but had to wait on the parfait and someone who came in after us got their hot fudge sundae, before they made the parfait. Not sure why.

I am soooooooo disappointed. When DQ made the WV Dairy Queens stop using the grilled "New England" style bun, a valiant owner decided to keep them. He owns the DQs in Lewisburg, Rainelle, and Hinton. I took a detour off I-64 to enjoy a great hotdog. Little did I realize that this DQ still sells the crappy standard bun. I was informed by the counter personnel that only the other 2 stores were doing that. I choked down 1 but it was disgusting. It was my fault because I didn't ask but I want to warn others that if you want a grilled bun hot dog, DON'T COME HERE!
