I stayed a week here. Smallish mom and pop park close to town. The park is right off the highway but very little traffic noise. The lanes are paved as are the pads to park on. The park has a clubhouse with pool, laundry, showers and wifi available. I had 5G with T-moble and 20 TV channels with the antenna. Park manager is sweet and friendly. There is plenty of room to maneuver however the sites are narrow. My neighbors awning nearly touched my slide. The park is quiet and neighbors seemed friendly enough. Rates are very reasonable. I would not hesitate staying here again.

Very nice small park.....a lot of long term residents, but room for passing through visitors, we stayed a week! Very reasonable prices. Beautiful cub house, very nice owners! Do recommend!

We love it here and we love Mrs. Tina (the owner) and Ms. Rita (front desk)!! The park is so clean and very well taken care! Our kids and us are so comfortable here! Highly recommend!❤

So far this is a really great site. The staff are more than willing to accommodate and help tenants at any time, and is a peaceful and quiet setting. The majority of the tenants are older and mature, so no worry of late night noise and partying. I would recommend this site to any of my friends, especially those who are working from out of town.
