Absolutely terrible!!! They replaced my order from a week ago finally. Their manager service was mediocre at best and that's being generous.

This place an absolute joke! I have not received ONE SINGLE correct order in two years! You better fix this or I’ll be doing everything I can to shut you down! Maybe hire someone with a mentality higher than that of a second grader..

This place has gone downhill. One would think surviving the pandemic establishments would be grateful for customers. 1) I pressed the button to order and waited fifteen minutes then left. 2) Ordered drinks and no straws or napkins. 3) Always out of specialty items. 4) Ordered the Red Bull Slushie for $4.32, NOT WORTH IT, maybe got 3 sips and rest was ice.

EVERY time I go here they are out of something! One time I ordered the twisted bread with cheese. Got my order no cheese! Asked why, oh we r out of that!! Well why didn't they tell me that first?? Middle of the summer, sorry no ice cream??? Just went today, no medium cups!!! Used to be so good there when Gloria was the manager. They must have a kid running that place! So discouraging!
