Holiday Park is a co-op town homes. Offer 6 different layouts. You would need to get on a list for the unit you are interested in.

Its a coop and not traditional rent. You have to purchase the Condo, cash. There is a waiting list. Check out more specifics at the office.
These are questions you're going to have to ask management in the office but I'm sure you will get your money back when you sell it. They will have to come up with a down payment as you did and then the rent will be dirt cheap as yours was so I'm sure it will all work out in the end good luck to you marry
