Had a viewing of this place. The hallways were crummy and it smelled moldy. The units are spacious and look better than the hallways but I would not trust it. Also heard from a friend they have a rodent problem. No tell what other problems they have !

I used to live next this place a while ago. This place is dangerous, I would never recommend anyone to live there. Shootings happen in that buildings, and on seward street in general. I saw pimps, hookers, thugs, drug dealers and crack heads all over. I also saw some guy throwing his trash outside of the window. It looked like he and other residents were doing that for a while, since there was a pile of trash forming. That place is a death trap, it's even more dangerous than Bonita apartments and the other buildings on that street.
