If you're looking for something a little more luxurious there are a few Airbnb rentals right next door to the very inexpensive (and a little rundown) Bayshore Apartment that are managed by a husband and wife duo: The wife, Rosangely, is the brains behind the design and a real estate guru, and her husband is the construction Braun behind the operation. It is easy to see that each of these units, propped up proudly on their stilts that provide guests with beautiful 360° views, were designed and constructed with care and love using painstakingly hand-picked materials throughout. The attention to the details here is probably the best I've ever seen in any Airbnb. These folks are true professionals. And you should consider yourself lucky to book one of these units that look brand new, super clean, modern, and have beautiful views of both the sunrises and sunsets from huge picture windows in all the units. Each unit is unique with high style designs and they're all carefully maintained by the family. The price they charge for all their units is really a deal considering what you get.
