Poor customer service. Did not receive the item I'd requested in writing and paid for. No refund. No recourse. Cannot be trusted. Update: Since posting this review, Oakwood has responded with fulfillment of the original order at no cost. Thank you Oakwood and Google. Second Update: The job is complete. In fairness, I must report that the product provided by Oakwood was of excellent quality.
