Right they have Africans, Westindians , Indians working their even good stylist too in the wig section well they have been around since I was little I'm 32yrs old and they are still here don't think they are closing down plus alot of beauty supply don't have a website or carry most hair,wigs, products they only most and many cant buy online from online beauty supply stores that aren't in NYC or close to home also don't have the patient to wait for ship or some add extra more on price for shipping most lie that it's fast shipping oh also they are new franchise of Feel Beauty Supply Stores just opened and more coming and until they all are here the website is under construction and they lie on the date it will be back up I did my search and use my brain also if you DM then and no reply that's also the reason why .so ya I hope I answered your question

Yes they do and the product has many names ,so you have to be specific in the one you are looking for
And since their website is down you can't order from them online and also said it would be back July 4th which they lied also they said on their Facebook, Instagram page that they are expanding their they are still building more stores in NYC,NewYork so ya
They have another store next door which sells wigs. Just ask them.
