One apple spoils the bunch. Broadly speaking the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. However, at my last experience I had an associate chide me for using the iPad that was publicly displayed with NO signage not to use (in fact the actual iPad screen had a marketing message saying “Try the Experience”) if I were a child. She literally stepped in front me with her back to me while speaking to disconnect the device, and gave me a micro-aggressive “This device is for special use, thank you.” 1) Get your iPad to not give false message; 2) Own-up to your mistake in a meaningful and authentic way. Likely will not be buying Chanel beauty again….really too much great choice out there in the market for them to be like this.

A unique space to enjoy Chanel products, it is worth giving yourself some time and making the experience. Very good service, you can go without an appointment although some services do require it.

You can find fragrance and beauty products at the Atelier. For fashion, accessories and sunglasses, please visit the nearest boutique which is located down the block at 139 Spring Street.
The Atelier accepts returns and exchanges on all CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty products, regardless of where they were purchased. Any items purchased in the Atelier may be returned or exchanged in the Atelier within 30 days of purchase if accompanied by the original sales receipt. Any CHANEL Beauty or Fragrance products purchased outside of the Atelier can be returned or exchanged in the Atelier within 30 days of purchase if accompanied by the original sales receipt. The Atelier does not accept returns on fashion, leather goods, or accessories, unless originally purchased in the Atelier.
