If I could give 0 stars I would. I initially had a good review until they wanted to screw my family out of money. Don't trust them. They wanted more and more and they didn't want to give me an answer for weeks.

The picture of the burnt home is my mother's former trailer. She, her boyfriend and my 9 year old sister lost everything and it upsets me that these pictures are here. However I would reccomend you stay away from this park. They get a new owner about every 3 months and a lot of the trailers are run down. Also lots of drug dealers.
They rarely answer the phones. I don't recommend living here though. I've been here since the end of April and still DO NOT have working heat and several other issues. That they keep telling me they're going to take care of and haven't. Shouldn't even have these issues they're new homes. Everything is under warranty but what good is the warranty if they can't fix simple things within 6 months?
