The staff at Preferred Care at Home are wonderful and amazing people. My grandmother was diagnosed with brian cancer and was only given a short time to live. When I contacted Preferred care they were very respectful and met with me and my family the very next afternoon. After our meeting, Preferred did a fantastic job picking who they thought would be the best fit for my grandfather, instead of just putting anyone there. Their prices are beyond fair, the caregivers are great and very professional, and if I have a problem, I can call at anytime during the day or night and get a response almost immediately. I 100% recommend Preferred Care at Home for any care needs.
