My mother has been a long term resident of the facility almost since it opened and I could not be more grateful to all of the staff here. We have always been treated well and have an active say in my mother's care. I don't write many reviews but when I see negative reviews about a place that has gone above and beyond for my family I wouldn't feel right not sharing my experience. Has there been some obstacles since covid sure but the people here bust their butts to care for your loved ones. I would recommend this place to anyone at anytime. Special thanks to Keri Jo and Stacie for always being wonderful.

Horrible, waited 16 hrs for meds , all they said is there real busy , food is terrible , se of the assistant nurses were nice would not recommend for a dog

My sister is there now. Gets ignored, her spouse found her sitting on the toilet when he arrived yesterday. She had been there for over an hour. He had to bathe her, change her bed sheets. On Sunday morning she waited 2 hours before she saw any staff. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!
