Horrible courthouse deserves a 0 rating. I received the most frivolous ticket and they wont drop it down or let me plead to a lesser charge. All of oakland county and their sheriff's act like they are doing good but in reality are just hurting their own citizens

OMG - its crazy! I've been calling FOREVER and they don't answer yet their website says the doors are closed to the public so how the heck are we supposed to take care of our stuff when the website won't let me pay my ticket??? INSANE. Guess I'm gonna have to BANG ON DOORS til they arrest me or let me in. Either way, I get a court date, right?

Just go there and the clerk will send u too the judge, if u need to see one, otherwise u just pay your ticket fine and be on your way

The landlord have to file for eviction at the courthouse for you to vacate, then you will get served or you will get something in the mail 📬 to come to court for the eviction process.
I believe you have to write a request letter to the judge explaining and requesting a extension and turn it in. Preferably before your ticket due date.
All depends on the situations, I feel that as long as you are constantly paying and if it was sent to collection, your license shouldn't be suspended, just comply with the collection department

I know 50th district has the eviction notices and also has a quick notice in which if your tenants are unsanitary and hazardous it is a 7 day notice also
