Everything at this place is so unorganized, and the staff is unprofessional. No one answers the phone so I drove an hour there to find out the building is closed. When trying to get help filing paperwork as instructed, I’m constantly given misinformation and told everything is an additional fee. The staff (especially Nikki) is rude. Trying to get anything accomplished here is a waste of time.
