KEEP WATER SHOES ON!!!! There are a TON of yellow jackets and wasps at this splash pad!! my daughter stepped on one under the spider spray and got stung. Keep your water shoes on if you go to this park. They really should invest in decoy nests to keep them away from the splash area, and plant mint plants around the perimeter of the entire area (they dislike mint)

It is not! The park is, but the splash pad is not and won't be this year. I asked an employee last week when I was there. Apparently it was struck by lightning last year, which is why it's not open right now. Pipes burst underground and they need to fix it. Hopefully it'll be fixed and open next year!
I was there for disc golf 5 days ago and the water park was closed.
