Similar to some of the complaints below. Combative, unprofessional, and they act like we work for them instead of the other way around. After about 5+ years of management our association is in a terrible financial situation due to lack of communication and transparency. They blame the co-owners for not being more involved, but what’s the point of hiring a management company if they don’t help you manage things better.
