Had a new tub, surround, and floor installed. Jason, the design consultant, spent plenty of time showing me different material samples and helping me pick what would be a good fit for my bathroom. Trevor did a great job on the install. He was professional, very polite, and kept me informed the entire time.

We had a complete remodel in one bathroom in 2019 and returned to Re-Bath when we wanted to touch up our other bathroom-cabinet counter, fixtures, mirror. George was on time and worked straight through until completion. He even did a little adjustment to meet up the space between the new cabinet and the floor. He drove to the shop to retrieve the curtain rod that was ordered. He was courteous and professional, asking questions when needed. We were most pleased with the results and would encourage anyone interested to give them a call.

Note: I did not purchase a bathroom with them. This is why: 1. The options they have for all of it is very minimal. 2. The pricing automatically includes for mold removal, green board replacement, and I think something else but I forgot & threw out the quote. All of the automatically includes are only done on an as needed basis. They say it like “we won’t be coming back to ask you for more money” as if that’s a good thing. They’re just adding a lot to the project for something they most likely will not need, so that’s extra money for them. I would rather a company not include it and then come back saying if they need it. 3. When scheduling the appointment you have to confirm it. They don’t allow you to confirm via the text message they send if you miss the call, you have to call them back. Then if the correct person isn’t there they have to call again to have the correct person make sure you say you’ll be there. Not sure why I cannot text back instead of talking to 2 separate people in the company. If that stuff doesn’t bother you, then they might do great work! I just know it wasn’t for me.
