I do not recall his name, but the technician that assisted me when I was on a mission to find a shaft seal for a "non-serviceable" AC compressor was great. He could have just sent me on my way (as some other places had), but instead took the time to understand which part I needed and even offered viable solutions to my problem once he determined the seal was unobtainable. I took his advice and was able to procure the item I needed which resulted in a 100$ repair instead of a $700+ repair. I will be returning to this location for all my future part/service needs.
