Horrible customer service!! I booked my appointment online and my appointment was cancel because I didn’t confirm my appointment. I never saw text message sent but I had all the intentions to come to my appointment.My daughter was so excited to come and it took us an hour to get to the nail spa despite me telling this to the scheduler she completely dismiss us very rudely.scheduler lack professionalism and compassion. Very poor customer service!!

This is a little hidden gem in the Bronx. From the moment you walk in with your little princess they are completely captivated by their undivided attention. My 3 year old daughter experienced her first Mermaid Spa Day this summer and she was amazed as was I. I can’t wait to have a another fun spa day with her at Pink Princess Nails. I had booked a mini princess package for my daughter and 3 of her friends. This place is amazing . My daughter and her friends had such a great experience here. The service was excellent and the place was beautiful. Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday special. My daughter will be coming back again soon.
