Want to be transferred because it's too many roaches and mice I haven't been here 6 months yet and not to mention the gas plant is literally in my back yard which is horrible the smell of the chemicals is not good health wise.

I beliebe the only way you get immediate assistance is if you or your family are in iminent danger. And you would need to show proof (like a protection order from the court or something along those lines).
