Post COVID, I was relatively sedentary before joining Akasha. Definitely recommend for people who are slowly transitioning out of a funk and want to start exercising regularly again. Anna's class made stretching feel pleasant again, and Lynne's class is always wonderful and peaceful. The studio is clean, classes are never crowded and the reiki sessions are a great complement to the practice. I am so happy this place is open.

One of the best studios in town! Classes are a wonderful mix of flow, alignment and restorative poses. Anthe is an expert teacher, a true healer and very down to earth. Classes are accessible all levels but challenging enough for the experienced student. Check out the full flow at 7AM and the meditation room that's open to all!

Yes, it is beginner friendly. All levels are welcome to take classes.
I think the drop in price is $16-$18. I'm not sure exactly. If you buy a pass it's much cheaper. They usually run a special for new students.
