My iPhone locked up this morning and George was an amazing employee who helped me get my new iPhone up and running. Kat and Melissa still continue to rock it and are super nice and helpful too! This is my favorite Verizon store I have EVER been to! For anyone who thinks this store is “horrible”, look in the mirror. I can’t believe how rude customers can be! You should schedule an appointment and not act entitled to just walk in and be served first. There’s the concept of first come first served so don’t be rude because you didn’t plan ahead!

We've purchased our phones at this location for the past few years and have always dealt with very patient people looking to help us. We stopped by again yesterday since my wife's phone recently had issues with receiving text messages. The three gentlemen there helped us with our problem and had us on our way in no time. My wife's phone works great now. Thank you again, gentlemen.

I have been on the fence about changing carriers for a while due to cost of Verizon. But I have been a long time loyal customer and decided to stay with Verizon even though it was more expensive. Well Danny at LQ Verizon and his rude attitude changed all that. He is condescending and lacks any common sense. Thanks for the push I needed Danny to make a change to a more affordable phone carrier.
