To be honest I’m REALLY upset, my brother and I use to go there all the time. We came one day to get facials and massages and there were no therapist there. Everyone had an emergency. That’s not even the issue. I went ahead and bought a 100 gift card for my sister in law to get a facial. The guy at the register advised me to tell her to book an appointment. So, I did. She booked an appointment for 9/13 10am but had to wait because all staff was not there. Also at the end of her $100 facial she tipped the therapist $20. Which is 20%, which is also an appropriate tip percentage. The therapist told her next time 25%. That is totally rude and embarrassing for me because I spoke so highly of Aria Spa and was actually trying to bring in another regular customer for business. That kind of business makes me not want to return. Your establishment is beautiful but the hospitality and energy presented with just one employee really but a bad taste in my mouth.

My fiancé decided to surprise me with a private couple's massage to celebrate our engagement. The massage was fantastic and the spa was very clean and relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Definitely show up 15-20 minutes early to get yourself situated. Once you settle in, ahhh. Also would recommend going at an odd time to ensure maximum relaxation. That's what my husband and I did. We can imagine it gets busy there in the evenings and weekends. We will return! Thank you for a relaxing and restful experience!
