Such a let down… Upon arrival we walked in the ranger station to check In for the weekend.. we’d booked a site, and a golf cart In advance therefore allowing us to leave the stroller back home. Initially all was well, until another paying customer walks in and asks for his cart reservation as well… noticing the ‘UH OH’ in the eyes of the girl behind the counter I realize there was some sort of confusion… To no ones fault but my own, I insisted to the cashier that she give the customer next available cart (assuming my reservation was still locked in).. I mentioned that I’d go set up camp and check back in half an hour to give them a little time to sort it out so as to not stress the cashier nor upset the customer. When we returned for an update, we were told without the slightest care in the world… that they were sorry, they over booked the golf carts but not to worry because everything is within walking distance… to her credit, she isn’t wrong… however, I felt it was very unprofessional for her to essentially tell us to ‘hang in there’… moving forward we continued through the night without issue… until the next morning when my wife went to sign the kids up for a morning round of laser tag.. she was basically told that she couldn’t sign us up because no one else had signed up yet and that they needed 6 people to play. (As a reasonable individual… I can understand that) it just didn’t make sense to me that why she couldn’t start the list with our names and allow others the time that was still available to sign up.. had she taken our name down and then later on said (hey so we didn’t have any others sign up therefore we can’t play) I woulda walked away without a problem. But to just be turned away was a bit of a turn off.. among a few other petty details throughout our stay.. all in all id say this location is lacking in many ways.. This place needs someone at the front desk with better problem solving skills, and a better understanding of what it means to spend hard earned money, not a non bill paying teen who couldn’t care less what happens once you walk out the door. That being said, we shut it down early and are getting the heck outta here. Love the resort… definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.

The place is great overall. Clean restrooms and tents sites are nice. Have a 1 star because….if you want to listen to any Spanish music be ready to turn it down. Not saying they are races but….what a coincidence that we were playing English music all day and decided to listen to some Spanish and they asked us immediately to turn it down. “Someone complained”BS!!!! Races much??? The second incident my buddies kids were playing in the pool and asked to stop playing with the football which we understood, we can’t play football in the pool and we apologized. Yet other non colored kids had a ball and we’re ok to play in pool??? Good luck enjoying yourself.. if your brown!!!

Love this park. Beautiful pool and surroundings. The kids never ran out of stuff to do and we loved our stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The entire resort was well maintained and clean. Our cabin was the perfect size and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend to anyone.

We have attended this camp site in October the past 2 years. They have a Halloween parade and the kids go trick-treat on Saturday night. The cabins are OK but the atmosphere and environment makes everything better. The pool keeps everyone busy during the day before the parade. It is such a family friendly place. Camping is so fun there and a great get away that is still close to home.

When I stayed there the cabins was nice! It's a place you can take your kids to have fun an let them swim an play or watch a outdoor movie, or fish! You can rent golf carts an they have a adult only pool if your kids are old enough you can get a few min to yourself.... we played laser tag an had a great time so I dont know about any stinking rooms an didnt need or want a refund!
Yes! To use the facilities however there is a per-person fee.
No need , they have your info
All the water and manatees are free everything that they offer kids is free the only thing you need to pay for is like golf carts things of that sort
Yes! They have shots with or without electricity
Yes, they have tent sites. This is a fun and friendly camping resort designed for families with kids.. adults relax and kids play!
The ranger station is open 9 to 5.
I cant confirm if its available to make month long reservations, but rest assured if that's your plan, the awesome staff there would more than likely find a solution to accommodate your request. I can confirm that reservations for 1 to 2 weeks is a regular thing at Yogi.
Very much, enjoyed from the beginning we arrived
It all depends what you want. They have lodges, cabins, bungalow and tent areas. Prices are all different.
They do have to hook up dump hoses...not sure on price.
Chlorine
They don't have a to B shuttle but you can walk to the river it's not that far and they have shuttle service
You can check in as late as the ranger station is still open, after they close, for any expected check-in they will leave a packet with everything you require and you can complete check-in the following day when they reopen.
No. But you do have to pay for a day pass
We were there until Sept 27 and it was open. Empty during the week but plenty of people on the weekend. Didn't see any indication of them closing after we left
I stayed in an RV site and the reservations included 2 persons and 2 vehicles.
You sign up for a 2 hour pool time right now. We were there during the holiday weekend and swam each day without any issue.
If you still going to grocery stores gas stations and restaurant this place should offer similar safeguards.
In the past under another owner we simply called the main number and we were able to be connected with the owners.. before the owners lived onsite in a home on the back of the property..
Not at yogi you have to leave and go to the river or lake nearby...
Pricing all depends on the dates you stay, and which lodge option you choose to stay. You can choose to camp in tents, rv, or stay in their lodge rooms, or cabins.
Don't know but will find out for you
There are some cabins that are pet friendly, not all of them. Shoulder season it is quiet, any other time this is a childrens park and it's always active 😊
all have access
Yes they do, but they require records of all standard shots for any pets staying in the facility prior to your arrival.
There are some dishes and silverware. We always take paper plates and plastic wear. Who needs to wash dishes. we always take a fry pan and a sharp knife
No just a regular coffee machine. You need filters and ground coffee
Great place to stay and friendly staff and do have cable. I know some of the staff and very good people
Yes they charge per person but usually give a discount if stayong 7 days or more
No not in the cabins but they do have facilities there
9am to 5pm Monday-thursday 9am to 9pm friday-Saturday 9am to 4pm sunday
Thanks y'all,
Hi Joanne! Our address is 12915 Farm to Market 306, Canyon Lake, TX 78133. Our rates depend on when you stay, which cabin or campsite you stay in, and how many children/adults you have. :)
Hi Irma! No tents allowed on cabin or RV sites, but we do have tent sites available. :)
There are spots for pulling through. And there are cabins. I believe the cabins are not right next to the pull through rv. Spots. But they are not to far apart.
