Bryan was completely disrespectful to my husband and I . Said my car took a type of oil(high milage oil when my car had 47k miles) that I haven't heard of going in my vehicle before I kindly told him what the dealer ship usually put in my car and asked for that. He disrespectfully stated that the dealer ship has no idea what they are doing. My husband asked another question and was completely ignored. Customer service here is completely disrespectful. Would say 0 stars but had to pick one.

Went there on Wednesday around 3:45 for an inspection. I was unable to get an inspection because there were 3 cars ahead of me and the inspector was leaving at 5. They told me to come back tomorrow and that the inspector would be there from 11 to 5. I went on Thursday around noon, and I was told that the inspector was at a meeting. I was told to call later before I go back. I called around 3:00 and they told me that the inspector was out for the day. If the inspector has limited hours, please make that clear on the website. I would not recommend for an inspection because it is unreliable with the varying and changing work hours.
