Loved this place but showed up at 6:45pm when it shows they close at 7pm the girl who threads eyebrows heard me knock as she was working on only one girl and just looked at me and threw a sign with her hands like she isn’t opening the door. That is rude and unprofessional. She could have easily taken one more person especially since it says they close at 7pm or at least opened the door and said sorry miss we are closed.

I've been going to this place to thread my eyebrows for years since they were at the mall and have followed through every location since then. Yesterday I went to go get my eyebrows done I don't even live in the valley anymore but still decided to get my eyebrows done here and they did a horrible job did not follow what I said at all and made my eyebrows way too thin and left me with a lot cuts on my eyelid . This business lost a loyal customer.
