Follow up on repairs is a major hassle you need to reprogram another appointment thatbis weeks out. Not efficient in anyway possible. Phone center is horrible. Extended warranty has yet to be worth the cost.

No one can has been sent out to our home to fix a problem they have already attempted to repair a month prior. They have us using a ice chest as a refrigerator because they can’t schedule anyone to come repair our refrigerator. Horrible customer service. Don’t expect to get things done within a month.
