They are always so helpful. I do not know anything about lingerie and the ladies there are always great at finding sizes and styles.

There was no attendent at the fitting room. I waited until another customer eventually came out and offered me the room. As I was finishing up, I hear the attendent come back and start lightly knocking on everyone's door asking if they are doing ok and if everything is fitting good. When she came to my door at first, she knocked lightly and asked "Are you ok in there?" I replied "yes thank you, I'm almost done". She then came closer and knocked again this time not so gently and very persistently, she stood very close to the door to the point where the front of her shoes were inside of the room with me. She then said "Open the door, I didn't let you in there and I need to see what your are trying on in there or what you have " I said "ok just a minute" and she continued to stand uncomfortably close to the door. When I opened the door she continued on about how I wasnt suppose to be in without someone letting me in. Her tone was accusatory and demanding. When I opened the door she was blocking the doorway. I showed her the items I had and explained to her that no one was there to let me in. She asked to take the items in my hands but I hadn't made a decision yet. I said "No thanks I'm still deciding". While I continued to shop and put my unwanted items away, she followed me around the store and talked on her walkie every time I moved in the store. She harassed me and embarrassed me for no good reason except what felt to me as racial profiling. I am Hispanic and she is white for reference. She continued to watch me even as I was at the register ready to pay. After I paid, I looked for the store manager who was in the fitting room when our initial interaction happened. When I informed her how I felt, she was defensive and not apologetic. She stated she saw what happened and already talked to the employee about how she said things now what she was trying to say. I expressed my frustration with the fact that she followed me around, but she was again not apologitec just said she didn't see that. She then repeated the fact that she had already trained her on what to say in future instances. I have never been so embarrassed and disappointed in a store, especially one that I shop at all the time! I called corporate but was hung up on twice. It's safe to say this Victoria's secret does not care about customer experience and does not value return customers. I will not be shopping here again. The funny part is she was upset about me getting into that room because she wasn't around to let me in and instead of staying there to assure it didn't happen with another customer she followed me around as if I was criminal, leaving the fitting room a attended for this to happen again.
