The customer service here absolutely sucks and I'm in customer service field so I am very kneen on customer service I went there a few days ago and was looking for item and I politely walked up to the gurl in with blonde braids or locks and said hello she did reply so I said it again very nicely and she turns around and rolls hers eyes so I asked for a location on a item she turns her back to me and throws her up pointing over there so I was very dissatisfied with that but then just so happen my friend was there looking some items so we ask the girl who in wigs where an item was and she rudely yell at us and over there so we replies where because we didn't see so she walks to the Isle and says so y'all didn't see this right here so I really should have put my items back because of the bad service but I was rushing and had something to do so when I left I called the store later to make a complaint and asked for the manager and a African American female and she said she the manager like I'm slow so I said I want to the Korean lady she replied oh she in an important meeting once again playing me like I'm slow because I just left and saw the to Korean ladies chatting at the register so in closings as a business the people your hire are very important because it reflects on your sales and if service is bad enough you loose money because a person that good customer service is important to them will choose to never shop here this store is closer to my house I will now take that drive to Torrence Ave in the mall next too dollar tree to spend money because they have outstanding service the ladies don't walk around with attitude they all speak and if you ask for help they walk you to it not point and say over there so yea I will never step foot in this store again

Yes. It's open and you can walk in to make a purchase. It's still nice and clean and they have everything.
