They don't even announce delays anymore, train gets 10 min late, you have to check it yourself. Made a complain got several emails from people asking what and where replied with train number, no response.

Why does nobody know Metra has an O'hare transfer stop that is the only way to get to Union Station from O'hare if you need minor handicap accessible transportation? I called Metra to verify my shuttle and was told it doesn't exist.
