I used to take my 3 dogs there until the wait lines got to 2.5-3hrs at least per visit so I stopped going. I was sooo excited when Midwest brought the option of scheduling an appointment in order to avoid long wait times. My dog had to be seen recently so I scheduled an appointment in advance. I was promptly directed to go to a room at my scheduled time (I was excited thinking I’ll be in/out) 1 HOUR LATER of sitting in the room I started asking the staff what the issue was and how come no one has seen my dog. After another 15 min a nurse came in and was surprised to find me in the room (they probably forgot I was even there) took some info down and told me a doctor will be coming in any minute. ANOTHER HOUR LATER I stepped out to ask the front desk what the heck was going on. The front desk lady had to go in the back to find a doctor to see my dog. I inquired what was the point of having an appointment!!!?????? No answer…… so my dog was finally seen after mora than 2hrs in the exam room. No explanations, no apologies…… The front desk lady asked me if I would like to speak to a manager and I said I would. I was told one would call me back the next day. It’s been 4 days I’m still waiting for that call. I don’t think I’ll be taking any of my dogs there anymore nor will I be recommending Midwest to anyone like I have in the past.

This place is sick! I have an emergency with my 4 month old puppy who is struggling to walk and they indicated they can’t see him because they’re not taking anymore people. I guess they don’t understand the word emergency. This is not good service.

Plan on unreal wait times. I have been coming here since the facility opened and initially loved it. Time to find a vet clinic that realizes that your time is valuable and caters to you. Or maybe those days are over?

We had to use this facility for boarding and they did an excellent job. From check in to check out. Very organized and was very responsive when I checked on our chloe ! Chloe is 11 and hasn't been boarded since she was 4 . They totally eased our minds and made us feel comfortable while we were away ! Definitely use them again and would highly recommend them !

She is awesome.
Yes, they answer phones.bfirst you have to call to check in and then they will call when they are ready for your pet. They aren't allowing you to go in with your pet
We do both. Call for pricing and how to schedule. 708-478-7788.
I don't see why they wouldn't. If you go, you'll live it.
We actually cannot allow volunteering due to insurance issues. We do have adoptions here though!
Depending on the volume of walk ins especially if ur just past walk in hrs sometimes u need a appt. I went this past Wednesday and was asked if I had an appt by a lady with pink hair I can't remember her name 😊
I'm not a vet but if it were me I would take her to get her checked out just to be on the safe side as you never know when there might be underlying causes. It obviously could just be an upset stomach but when it comes to my best friend in the world I always err on the side of caution. Just my humble opinion and good luck to you as i hope shes doing better.

Bought wellness package. If you have puppy, well worth it
Yes emergency and all around service as I recently boarded dog and service was phenomenal!!
We recommend PAWS in Tinley Park or South Suburban Humane Society.
I suggest you give them a call
We're sorry for your loss. Thank you for your kind words. We will be sure to let Dr. Webb know.
Doctors start at 8am on Saturday ☺️
Hi Jamual, we do not do ear crops.
Hi Rob, we are very sorry for your recent experience. With your boarding package, your pup did receive a bath but our boarding baths are with a hypoallergenic shampoo which contains no scent. Although our grooming appointments include a brush out, a boarding bath does not unless asked for upon drop off. Please call and speak to one of our managers at 708-478-7788 at your earliest convenience.
I dont know. You'll have to call them. They are very good there
Probably should call and ask them
Yes
We have two Aussies, 50 and 60 lbs. Go kayaking and hiking w/them a lot. We like the liquid applied Frontline Plus. Kills most all invaders.
If you have any concerns about your veterinary service always ask❤
Yep a sceeter is no match for a 🐕 tummy
The 1 year Rabies vaccine is $35 and the 3 year Rabies vaccine is $60. There are charges for the county tags. We have both Will and Cook county tags. Will County charges more if your animal is over a year of age and is not spayed or neutered.
Well if the doctor prescribed it well then yes you would have to pick it there
As as I know yes. They have open times also. Just give them a call they will fill you in.
