My wife and I went to browse a product that I was introduced to through TikTok (Fenty Lipgloss)… When we walked through the door we were greeted with smiles and welcoming energy by Keyon and Hala! They made the shopping experience VERY personable… The conversation was AMAZING from time we entered Ulta to the time we exited! Keyon checked in on us a few times to ensure we were finding everything okay. When we got to the register to check out Hala asked what did we decide to go with… the conversation continued! Both Keyon and Hala welcomed us to come back and let them know how I liked the products… I ended up getting the lipgloss and a Fenty foundation! I thank you both, Keyon and Hala for having AMAZING customer service! I cannot wait to report back how I am enjoying the lipgloss and the foundation! ☺️👍👏

I love this location! Carrie is AMAZING! She's super pleasant and very informative when it comes to skincare. Definitely, enjoyed her vibe and presence. I most likely recommend her in regards of skincare!
