Great customer service (sarcasm)! I have written a very simple, articulate, clear concern in regards to food item that would be delivered to me. However, the item is set to at DHL Franklin Park, IL center for the weekend which would make it rot. I asked if it would be possible for me to go to center and pick it up to avoid 2 day weekend wait. I got a response from the team, the same information they copy pasted from my tracker number telling when my delivery would be done. Great job guys, I felt so touched that you read my email totally, understood and sent me a personalized response (sarcasm)!

Go to the dhl site n put how much it weighs and where it coming from n where it is going to n you where get the estimated cost what it where cost you.
You can pick up packages at the mccook location or the Franklin Park location

Track your package and you will be able to see when will it arrive at Franklin Park and then call them. If your package won't arrive before you leave out of town then call them to hold it for you and they do. I was out of state for about a month and they held it safe for me.
They close at 9pm, I frequently go there and the sign on the door says 9pm during the week

Check tracking. If it says WC means with courier, so should come today. Other than that call dhl and a live person will be more than happy to assist you
