Its a nice short walk with some interesting historical information. But it's nestled between I-55 and Harlem so I wouldn't really call it relaxing. However, if you need a quick break or want to stretch your legs, the walkway is partially paved and partially gravel. Good for walking dogs or short stroll about a mile in length.

It takes about 30 minutes if you are on your bike and if you plan to explore by walk then it may take anywhere between 60 to 90 minutes. I feel people tend to spend more time there though due to the calmness and relaxed environment.
