Excellent Excellent Excellent!!! We had a fantastic experience ar Firebirds. Not only was the Wood Fiired Sirloin seasoned well, but the Pineapple Chicken had so much flavor. To top that our server Lizzie was top notch. She prepped our table with all the items we would need, refilled our drinks multiple times and had the best personality. We will definitely be back. ❤❤❤ Forgot to take pictures of our meal, we ate it too fast, but snapped a pic of our Creme Brule Cheesecake

The reservations were for 10:15. Finally got our meal at 12:15. Asked for medium well towards the well side and no one cared to fix it. Ate a mostly raw steak after waiting over an hour for them to cook it and 2 hours to eat. Good luck finding your waiter as well, it’s about as easy as finding a unicorn. The management staff was never present and wouldn’t acknowledge tables. Hard to improve service ever if you aren’t fielding it. No wonder it’s so hard to get a reservation severe mis management of time and resources which tracks.

Really freaking good food! The steak was tender and was practically falling apart while being cut. The pasta was perfect! Drinks were delicious! One of my favorite places to eat now. A little pricey, but worth it.
