Hi Terry- Our naturally granulated honey has never been heated. The liquid honey is warmed to 100 degrees if it granulates, in order to de-crystalize the honey. We keep it under 100 degrees so it is still raw.

We have a roadside farmstand that is always open. It operates on the honor system and is not staffed. We accept cash or check at the farmstand.
