Very professional and friendly staff. I appreciate the attention and detail they took in preparing the students for their pictures. Also I especially felt comfortable knowing that they sanitized and wiped down the common areas, doors,etc. My student especially was grateful for the water and snacks!!!

I agree with other posts, I don't understand why the school use this studio. Find another studio if possible.

REALLY! I don't understand how FBISD still use these people for senior pictures. My daughter had her pictures taken in November, no email from them for over 8 weeks. Called like 100 times and no response and finally one guy answered and said they have nothing to do after taking pictures. It is the life touch responsibility to send the proof. Got a hold of life touch after many chats and calls and Prestige put the wrong school address for my daughter. Life touch told us that the studio has to fix it. We called them again, no response!! Went there physically, no one in the studio even though it was supposed to be their open hours. Long story short, we spend $40 for senior pictures and her picture has not been sent to school yet, and we have not been able to contact them after several desperate attempts to get this fixed. I am not sure why FBISD uses Prestige studio for senior pictures! FBISD, PLEASE STOP USING PRESTIGE STUDIO!!
