Member for a couple years now. Took the LTC class. Great instructor. Friendly, helpful staff. Usually have a lane open. Saturdays can get busy.

From the minute I stepped into this gun shop I felt welcomed and appreciated. Everyone was friendly and wanted to be helpful. All during the process of buying an NFA Class III product the staff was there to assist. I really enjoyed the whole experience. I highly recommend you shop and shoot here.

Very pleasant and respectful people who are nice, kind and knowledgeable about guns. They're one of the only indoor ranges here and aren't expensive at all, the experience I had was pleasant and they're equipment is great. Come to this range if you're in Abilene you won't be disappointed. I don't know any of the people names but I have nothing but utmost respect for the individuals that work here. I would recommend all to come here and enjoy.

Great deals on bench made brand knives I got a few knives worth 300 a pop for 170 a piece also the best selection in town for them. Fair deals on firearms. Ammo is what you’d expect for the current climate. Great selection of firearms accessories. The Range is awesome for handguns but I wouldn’t recommend for rifles. Overall one of my favorite gun stores in town.

Yes you can rent different guns and fore them at the range.
$20, or $15 if you're Military. I think LEOs get a discount as well
I would suggest taking a beginner handgun class. A carry class would start you with good skills and understanding, plus discuss all safety and legal issues. You should be able to rent\borrow a handgun at that time. Then return to the range to rent several. Even if others like a particular brand or style whatever you choose should fit your hand as well as your style. Caliber-wise there are several good reasons to choose 9 mm. Starting with cost per round and manageable recoil. There are many opinions online to consider as well. Personnel at the range would be glad to help you find something suitable. Don't get in a hurry or you might end up with an expensive paper weight.
Just call them, but you PROBABLY have to be either 18 or 21
Yes they have a service dept.
Sign a waiver. Name and address for first time shooters at the range. Range fee, rental fee(if you use their guns), and target fee (a dollar or two for paper target at which to shoot).
No, after one year you must retake the course. Good news is the course is shorter now.
