The absolutely nice people you would ever want to meet. Our rooms were spotless, and odor free, as was the entire Hotel. Continental breakfast, great. It's where we plan on staying again. Never can go wrong staying at your hotel!

A very nice, newer hotel in Keyser. It is offset quite a bit from the main road, so make sure thaf you pay attention to navigation. The queen bed room was European style, meaning that the room is cozy size. You really couldnt get more than 2 people in the room. The staff were very helpful. When we requested a one hour late check-out, they were able to accommodate. Stay away from rooms near the lift (elevator). We were woken repeatedly overnight by drunk (or maybe high) guests who decided to have a little party (and then argument) outside the lift. When they went into their room (immediately next to ours) you could faintly hear them.

Hands down the best place to stay in Keyser! Incredibly friendly and customer-centric! It’s a very quiet location with great sleep qualities. The rooms qualities are modern, sleek, and relaxing. Best place to sleep and do business in Keyser!

It was an okay place to stay. It’s much cheaper than the other hotels in the area and it was more modern and looked cleaner. The maid service did not make up my room despite using the “please clean” sign, however. The keycard didn’t work well, and they didn’t leave any kind of hand soap in the bathroom to wash your hands.
