My wife and I have ordered Togo 3 times. 3 times they have forgotten/messed the order up. I have talked to the manager every time and just gotten a refund because if you can’t get a chicken tinder meal right or put the chicken in the chicken cob salad then that leaves me to believe that your cooks don’t care about there job. When I returned my 3rd order I had informed the one sever that she had not completed my meal and with out hesitation she escalated her sentences with I didn’t forget your order I did your order right. I then told her to calm down and walk away from me I’m not the one to argue with after talking to the manager I asked her how do you forget the all of the chicken in a order. She could only respond with the cooks don’t care about Togo orders.

Tara C our waitress was one of the only things that made this bearable. The food could have been warmer and as for the cooks , they got quite a few orders wrong. Unless the other party is paying i will not be visiting this restaurant again.

Called in an order for 1 Chicken addiction bowl w/ side of seasoned fries, 1 cowboy steak w/ a side salad. Arrive at Denny’s 25 minutes later, and lo and behold they had not started on our order. No problem, we’ll wait. Another 25 minutes pass and we retrieve our order. Once at home, upon opening the bag, there are no seasoned fries and no side salad. In addition, we had requested no dinner rolls, but ironically they were included. Chicken bowl was fine, Cowboy steak was missing half of the ingredients listed on the menu. See attached photo of Cowboy steak. It’s meant to have onions, and we requested an order of red skin potatoes. You can see the “serving” of potatoes sprinkled next to the steak. All of the missing food appeared on our receipt and we were charged the full amount. Don’t try to eat here if you want what you order.

The hostess immediately seated us, the waitress was the perfect amount of attentive, the food was cooked quickly & served hot. This is exactly the experience I would hope for.
